I value the quality of good craft and seamless design. My self-identity has grown to encompass both my role as an artist and more importantly a designer. The Formalist Art Theory has influenced my textile design and served as my main inspiration for my senior collection VERT.  Through combining, strong line work with color and texture I produce aesthetically refined designs. I value an efficient design process that combines traditional hand techniques with technology. By continually challenging myself to break new grounds, I am passionate about producing modern designs that open the senses and intrigue the viewer.
